This is what makes bodybuilding so intriguing to me... If I consumed 690-700g of carbs, I would have to hit the obesity clinic... All sarcasm aside, this proves that no one is the same and the same thing won't work for everyone! Keep up the good work brother.
eating anything and staying same weight after we upped calories this week to 6300
junk food fast food you name it i eat weight stays the same or even goes down a 1lb.....
