my exact same sentiment. I love and respect that he still fighting that current though. Chris is still king of the mountain, but there are others now in the hunt. Possibly an unpopular opinion but someone else will claim the spot not names Dino or Urs. It might be Terrance, but there are a bunch of other really classicy Chrisesque looking physiques right there now, and those guys while phenomenal physiques, just seem to be one notch shy of what the category has become?Agree. I like the dude and his physique but I feel he is fight a strong current and won’t be able to climb ranks any longer.
I think Vince Taylor did it best AND he STILL looks amazing to this day and he is pretty old. Frank Zane and many other still look great in their older years. Shawn Ray just became a fat shit, hard to believe.
The Blade looking great in retirement
It is always fascinating case studies in how various pros have handled the transition out of the ranks. Jay, and Dex doing it right. I saw an insta post of Guy Cisternino looking really slimmed down, but awesome in retirement as well.
No one is saying these guys have to look like they did in their competition days, but I agree. I don't know how he could look so awesome all those years and not psychologically be driven to keep up with the habits to maintain a somewhat muscular physique. It's like he can't get over not winning the O.I think Vince Taylor did it best AND he STILL looks amazing to this day and he is pretty old. I saw this earlier on FB. He needs to lay off the oil IMO and his waist is getting way too wide. Not hating but how much shit does this guy shoot in his arms ?
Opinions? In the last front lat his arms look ridiculous. That's one of the first pics where I honestly thought it's getting to much

He’s had the freak factor, not sure why he’s still chasing size. Just my opinion, but I think he should be focusing on cleaning and sharpening his physique.
He is doing Texas again this year to qualify. No plans to do other shows, other than the Olympia (if/when he qualifies)Has anyone heard if Andrew is going to try and qualify for the O this year and do it, or is he taking the whole year off?
Damn... looks totally different. Awesome job. Mad props.
He looks pretty crazyThat's a BIG 212lbs...damn...THICK
