If you have never done aas or pro-hormones then you may just have low test. Its rare but very possible. If thats the case then you just need to decide if you want to live with low test or do your own HRT since dr's are so fucked up they wont give a script unless its out of the low range. If your concerned for legal issues you can try to search around and find an HRT place online or overseas who gives you a script b/c even if they are not doing it legally its not the customers fault. Nothing can happen you. Now if you did use aas or ph's in the past then I suggest you run the hcg/clomid pct I stated in one of the posts above and wait a while and get tested again and if nothing improves you may want to weigh your options about self prescribed hrt.
doing my own HRT could be pretty risky. Not sure how the nhs works but im sure my GP would not recommend me an endo because i was just above the lower range.
ah i suppose my best option is to get tested again by an endo and see what they say...
