I do miss The 10 pounds! I felt just as good at that weight and looked better.
Poured 16 yds today in the 94* heat and more all week.
I got pizza weighting, but had 2 shakes w size on plus 30 dextrose and 75 whey plus 2 iso-pures and 2 xxx mineral waters. A few beers when I got Home and jumped in the pool cut the grass back in the pool and now a spicy V8....Candy and icecream for desert w of course milk till bed...
Need to refurbish for tomarrow.
