I am starting a new program of 2x25 inspired by some of the people here and was wondering how people that are doing this set it up. I think Lats said he uses 2 exercises per bodypart. Here is an example of what I did yesterday after warm up.
Incline db 2x25@35lbs,55lbs (Don't laugh at my weights)
Flat Bench 1x25@135,1x17@185 (To heavy)
Set of fly's slash stretching-10@35lbs
My first question is do you go to failure?
With chest is it necessary to do two sets for both exercises?
I am going to be doing a M-W-F split or chest-legs-back. I chose this split because It gives me the most flexibility for work and my family.
