Im 3.5 weeks out from my first show.Ive done great until now.Im confused on what I should do the last 2 weeks before show day.When to carb load,carb deplete.When to sodium load and sodium deplete.I will run the winny,tren ace,test prop and masteron to the show day.Also the clen and t3.I will cut out the hgh 2 weeks out.I just increased cardio to two 30 min sessions.One am and one pm.Im currantly 198 lbs at 5.5 percent bf.Any help on the last details for the final 2 weeks would be great.
