I followed John Meadows training the entire cycle. Lifting remained heavy for the first week or so but after the fatigue and lethargy from the DNP kicked in I upped my rep range and reduced rest periods to about 45 seconds on all movements. However it was almost impossible to get a pump from the glycogen depletion. And staying hydrated was difficult as well.

I wish I had a number to give you but I never had my body fat tested. I was just focusing on improving areas where I felt I had gained too much fat. A lot of it was visceral fat. After a meal I looked like I was going to have a food baby LOL. As it turned out that seemed to be the fat that the DNP got rid of first. So on my next low dose run I should be able to really bring my abs out and get rid of a bit of lower back fat that is holding on.
