4 day split switchin it up ....

I was doing this :

Monday chest
Tuesday back/shoulders
Wed Off
Thurs arms
Fri legs

But I want to swith shoulders out...

I was thinkin this

Monday chest/bis
Tuesday legs
Wed Off
Thurs back/tris
Fri shoulders

do you think shoulders would lack because of tri's the day before. My partner wants to try to keep wed off but stay on a m,t,th,fri deal....
 
that's close to the split i use only i switch your thursday with friday
so
chest/bis
legs
off
shoulders/tris
back
off
off

back takes too long when i do deads to do tris the same day, i don't like to be in the gym for more than an hour
 
similar routine

mines is similar also,
2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off

mon- chest/tris/calves
tues- legs-heavy
weds- off
thurs- back/bis
fri- off
sat- shoulders/legs-light/calves
sun-off

i use to do
2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off
with high intensity, but never felt fully recovered, so this split works for me and gives my nervous system a chance to recover towards the end of the week
