This is a PR for me. A couple of years ago I tried that supplement called Superdrol and got strong, then lost gains real quick. Never again going to do something so dumb on my part.

Anyway, basically lifted kinda half-ass for a year, came back last August and could barely pull 315. I train 5/3/1 style, 3 days a week.

Anyone feel my form could use improvement?

form looks good....bet you coulda got another rep with it.

Looks good. I would focus on pushing my hips forward and try and get them under the bar. This will focus the weight more on your glutes and hams and relieve some of the stress from your back so it wont round

Tom - You may be right. I feel that five plates on each side will come real soon. And, I know for damn sure that I will pull six plates per side before the next three years. At that time, I will be considerably thicker.

Samson - Thanks for the tip, I will try this in addition to getting my shoulders behind the bar before I pull. It may be awkward at first, but I'll get it soon enough.

Thanks y'all.

honestly that looks great buddy congrats on that...deadlift comes down to brute strength, only advice I could add is maybe start bringing those hips forward just a little earlier but you def. had more in the tank

Nice work, work on squeezing harder with your glutes and the start and popping your hip through as soon as the bar gets above your knees. 315-455 is a big improvement!

You sure are right about that i hurt my back two weeks ago deadlifting because i wasnt going low enough and incorporating my hams into the lift. after that i forced myself to do good form. The hamstrings are killing me still that was two days ago.
