4th of july! what did you eat today?

For those of us not dieting...what did your diet look like today? My diet ended a couple weeks ago but besides a few cheats right after the show ive been on track and kept the cardio rollin and am still in contest shape. That being said I lowered my cals the last few days to prepare for the onslaught that was today lol. I beleive if you gonna cheat...then GO BIG and do it right. The first half of the day was training and normal clean diet. The second half...well not so much!

choc chunk cookies
choc covered pretzels
apple pie with ice cream
cheesecake with ice cream
icecream cake (hey guess what... I like ice cream)
cheeseburger/fries
1 beer
all you can eat sushi buffet (7 plates)
a lil more ice cream cake ( since left overs have to in the dumpster)

All of the above was in very large amounts...i feel sick as hell and wont touch any of it again for a very loooong time. I might add that without a doubt I can beat kai greene in an eating contest anyday...and I am calling him out :D

That looks strangely similar to what I ate today.

I had 40 pieces of nigiri, literally. That was buffet lunch. The rest of the day was spent eating BBQ cheeseburgers, chicken and all the good shit that goes along with it.
 
A few Coors Lights to drink,
A large portion of snacks, chips and salsa, cheeses, salami's.
1 cheeseburger
1 hot dog
5 pieces of BBQ chicken thighs (made an awesome BBQ sauce from scratch)
Good portion pork tenderlions and skirt steaks ( about 10 pieces of each )
Huge portion of bow-tie pasta/pesto and sundried tomatoes
Some pinapple/orange cake and ice cream
I feel very large today...

I was designated grill master yesterday so I had setup plenty of meat for me to eat while I grilled the burgers and hotdogs. I had cutup 44 oz of top sirloin into 4-5 oz pieces and grilled them all up , ate it all !! I also cooked up a bunch of deer roast that was shredded so it was like shredded BBQ beef , it was origionaly cook with a good rub and you had to add the BBQ sauce to it , I ate about a pound of that throughout the day. I had also set aside a bunch of honeydew and canalope balls to snack on but ended up eating very little of this maybe 16oz all day

I figured it up , Sirloin , 370g protien , 70g fat , 0g carbs
BBQ Deer , 103g protien , 12g fat , 0g carbs

jst guessing that I at 16oz of canalope throughout the day = 40g carbs

total of 470g protine , 82g fat and 40g carbs all day is alot better than I expected to do , their was so much cake , banana pudding , home made ice cream and the hamburges smelled awsome fixed up the BBQ sauce and everyhting.
It was so damn hot especialy standing in front of the grill , I ended up drinking just over 3 gallons f water. I feel supprisingly good this AM seeing that I ate so much more protien and fat than I have been , I figured I'd be sick. I'm about 2-3lb heavier than I have been but I'm steadly pissing so I'm certain that it all water weight.

I'm off to the gym now to hit the cardio and abs.
 
Man you guys are really throwing down,i had 2 ribeye steaks a couple of grilled burgers,potatos,salad no sweets but i never have been a sweet lover anyway
 
I had 1/4 of a large meat pepperoni/sausage pizza, a supersized serving of spaghetti and chicken parmesan, a large strawberry royale crepe with a scoop of gelato, and 20 BBQ/Hot wings.

It was a great July 4th cheat day...
 
Tried to eat some ribs and sausage. Made myself sick.lol Not able to eat very fatty meat anymore. Just not used to it now.

this is all i saw when reading this thread.. god i hate u LOL

i had oatmeal.. protein.. ff cottage cheese.. a chicken breast..green beans.. tuna.. more protein and egg whites yesterday lol yes.. i stuck to my diet.. even did my cardio and training lol man im boring i bet your day was way more fun LOL

Homade: baked beans, potatoe salad, creamed corn, baked mac n cheese, baked potatoes and grilled corn on the cob, lots of chips and dip, cup cakes, peanut butter fudge, banana bread, chocoalate fondue, etc. They had the biggest grill I've ever seen and cooked everything with pecan wood. This is my 1st 4th since moving to the south and it was amazing. Big backyard cookout with a live band and great fireworks. They had so much food and drinks it was insane. People were guzzling moonshine, margaritas, 15 diff types of jello shots. I had a blast and I'm still full. No sunday cheat meal this week...
 
My brother had a BBQ over at his house, so the GF and I went over and celebrated with him, his roomate, friends, and our parents.

For dinner I had approximately the following:

6-8oz Tri-tip
like 3 cups of potato salad.
broccoli and cheese salad
corn on the cob x 2
1 chicken breast
1 bowl of chili beans w/ meat and veges.

dessert:
2 bowls of homemade vanilla ice cream
1 brownie
1 red velvet cupcake

I ate twice before going earlier that day.

Damn! That sounds amazing!. Im jealous of all you guys that got to bbq. Im from kansas but live in los angeles now. Im so used to the 4th being backyard bbq and just chillin with friends. Now in LA no backyard, no bbq, and no fireworks. Needless to say I had to make up for what was missing with extra ice cream and cookies! Tryin to fill the void in my life lol
 
i spent thursday till today in orlando, no diet or training was a good vacation had choclate covered apples, mexican food, outback, pizza, pretty much everything i could eat!
 
2 tacos with a root beer float on Friday


eggs bacon toast on Sat for breakfast.......lunch was pizza......dinner was fried chicken with apple pecan pie.......yeah, I pretty much indulged in JUNK.

Monday......back on the protein powders and lean meat......baked potatoes....rice.....ect

Everything form homemade BBQ to chips and salsa dip , the only thing i didn't touch was dessert but that is a given i just don't care for sweets never have sometimes it seems werid but i can live with it becuase it makes it easier if i diet. Drinks water only and plenty of it.
 
for me just a chicken breast with some melted cheddar on top...
i had to be at work for 7p..so no drinking..BUT..if i was i know the sky would be the limit..cuz after a couple of drinks...just don't care..:)
 
one and a half hot dogs, steamer, pasta salad, couple of chips, and a few beers. i avoided all of the cigars that were being smoked, thank goodness.
 
Breakfast:
Coffee
Ham and Egg omlette

Dinner:
Nice big plate of Piaya

A few jack and cokes through out the day.

Midnight snack:
Boston Cream donut

Sunday:
got my fat ass on the treadmill again, LOL
 
First cheat meal in...well a very long time...

Fogo De Choa... a brazilian resturaunt. Probably ate close to 3 lbs of various meats...
 
I feel horrible but this is what i ate oh well!!! 3 servings of rib tips , 2 brauts , and 1 10oz burger with no bread , and a bottle of plum loco wine , was a very fun night!!!
