Pre training: Drank a quart of OJ and took 12 Beverly Mass Amino's
1. Pointer on Ring Reverse Grip Press: 45x3x3, 95x3, 135x3, 160x3, 195x1 (PR), 205xMiss This was a 195lb PR as it was the first time I have used this set up for ME work...
2. Pointer on Ring Reverse Grip Press: 135x3x5
All Pressing was done with a pair of 5 foot ship chains. Each link is about 5.5" and 3" around; by way of comparison a 5/8 link is 3.5" long and 2" around.
Also, I measured my prefered rack height for benching: 105cm's-no wonder pressing at a meet is a pain in my ass, I am doing a one and a half press!
3. French Press: 105x4x4
4. Lat Rows: 100x8x12 Used four different attachments for two sets each
5. Roman Chair Sit-up's: 2x12 Light bandx3x12
