1)Reverse blue band bench 455x1
2)DB Ext 60-6x10 30 sec rest
3)CSR- 225-4x10
4)Side laterals 25-3x20
5)Hammer curls 45,55,65x10
6)Standing ABs 100-4x20
I had to wait for the power rack so that fucked things up and cut my workout short. We had 5 people putting their shirts on, so I did most of that and lifted off for everyone. The big news was that Paul Childress benched 700 and got out of the groove with 720. He is going to do some serious damage in Atlanta in October. I am predicting by the time the Arnold comes up he will be the greatest squatter ever and he will go over 1152 at 308!
