Friday:
1. Box Squats: 195+Green Bandsx7x2 Tried to 215 but I was just too slow-looks like my % are going to be out of whack for a while as I adjust to a new band again.
2. Dynamic DL: 225x8x1
3. Standing Abs: Green Bandx3x20
Sunday:
1. Dynamic BP: 115+Doubled Minisx8x3
2. Up and Down the Boards (2-5): 135x5 Also did a set off the chest at the end, so I ended up doing 9 sets. Used a thumb on smooth grip.
3. Upright Rows: 115x4x8
4. Low Cable Rows: 150x4x10
5. Leg LIfts: 5x15
Also worked into my between sets "rest":
1. Green Band Pressdowns: 2x15
2. BB Extensions to the Nose: Barx2x25
