1)Squat with suit and briefs, straps down and no wraps 705x1
2)45 degree back raise 70,90,110x10
3)CHG back raised 12" 3x10
4)Shrugs 185,225,275x2x10
5)DB curls 40,45,50x10
6)The Wheel 4x20
This was the last workout with the suit, I kept the staps down and used no knee wraps. I will open between 770-780 and finish with 870-881. Everything seems to be falling into place!
