When should I start dropping my carbs. Currently I'm around 212lbs from 236lbs. I have six weeks and 5 days left before the show.
Currently my carbs are between 270 and 300grams a day
300 grams of protein a day.
and 3000 cals. a day
I'm on T3, Clen and Tren. Tren at 350 a week and 2tabs of T3 and 4tabs of Clen.
I just need to know when I should start dropping my carbs. I usually eat my last carb meal at 8pm. As my last workout begans at 6:30pm. I go to bed around 1am.
