When me and my training partner were at the O when it was in Chicago we spent a night drinking and talkin shop with Philip Goglia. He was the nutritionist for Flex Wheeler at the time. I recall he won the Southern States BB comp overall as well.
He advised us to cycle like so.
One compound at a time for six weeks two weeks off then totally change compound for 6 weeks then 2 weeks off etc.
Example
Sustanon 6 weeks
2 weeks off
EQ 6 weeks
2 weeks off
Cyp 6 weeks
2 weeks off
Actually made some GREAT gains doing this.
Any input?
