He does look great but I think he should lose 40 pounds . . . that way we would all look better compared to himI'm over 60, much praise for you! You have no fat to lose. If you drop 20 more lbs. you skin will get much looser. I don't recommend losing more than 5-10.

I have no idea but you have to wonder. He was 60 and clearly pushing things. I know a few guys that do that and are apparently fine for years and years. So, who knows. All depends on his constitution. Frankly, I'd like to see him check-in.Good question.

Looking greatThis is a follow up to my thread I did at age 56 titled 56 years young. Im a few months from turning 60 and will compete at the 2021 North Americans in the over 60 division. Bodybuilding for sure and possibly classic physique if i can get down to 205 lol.
