1. Reverse Grip/Reverse Band Press w/Average Bands: Tired something different today, I warmed up with the suggestions Louie put in the article he wrote about the subject some months ago...45x3x3, 135x2x3, 190x1 At this point I put Bands on: 225x1, 245x1, 275x1 all done off a four board; 300x1 off a three board, 310x1 off a two board, 320x1, 330x1 At this point I screwed myself, in the process of taking the change off the bar and putting larger plates I mis-loaded the bar and ended up taking 330x1 again...but I totally smoked it. After seeing the mis-load I jumped 345 and missed it about half-way up.
2. Floor Press: 185x4x3 Thumb on smooth grip-I was toasted from the pressing.
3. Pushdown's: 60x3x15
4. Side Laterals: Mini Band: 3x10
5. Rear Delt: Light Band: 3x12
6. Seated Rows: Doubled Green Band: 4x10
7. Leg Lifts: Hands on Chest: 4x10
