I have been eating at least an 9,000 calories a day diet plan for the last 6 or so weeks and have been making phenomenal gains so far. It includes eating 3 pounds of red meat a day, a gallon of whole milk a day, 24 eggs, a half of pound of oatmeal, a pound of turkey cold cuts, and so forth. The meals are 6 to 8 meals a day and is geared towards high fats, high proteins and high carbs. A typical day for me would look like this:

Morning meal 1: 16 white eggs, 2 bowls of raisen oatmeal, a half of galloon of milk, a bowl of cereal. (once a week I will include a pound of bacon with that)

meal 2: 4 spare bbq ribs, pork fried rice and wonton soup

meal 3: bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel with a quart of milk and rice

meal 4: a pound of steak off the grill, oatmeal, and bananas

meal 5: Jerk chicken, rice and beans with a quart of whole milk

meal 6: a pound of 2 of steak again wioth potatoes

meal 7: a pound of cold cuts turkey, rice and beans

meal 8: a quart of milk with tuna fish

I go to buffets 3 times a week and pig out with 6-12 plates a session. Strength has gone through the roof with this diet. I have not yet even started the gear yet, and am hitting 235 pounds as of last week. Gains are averaged about 2-3 pounds a week. Cardio is done 20 mins after every workout, about 4 times a week.
I know this is not healthy, but I am getting mind blowing pumps in the gym and everybody thinks I juice. My deadlifts are 450 for 10-12 reps, with no wrist straps. I can dumbell press 120's for 6 reps with good form. Benchpress is 275 for 12 reps. Squats are 405x10 reps, ass to grass.
As soon as I hit the 240 pound mark, my cycle will look like this:
week 1-8 Dianabol 25mg a day ( to increase protein synthesis)
week 1-12 test enan 750mg a week (bulk up)
My bodyfat is currently 14 percent and I am 235 pounds for 5"9.
I need experienced advice as to how does my plan look? Is it extremly dangerous what i am doing? I am dedicated to death with my bodybuilding. Every workout for me is life or death. I told a few guys in my gym about this, and they say that I am trying to kill myself with all of that food. I did read David palumbo's bulk diet plan for the off season on another thread, and my diet makes his look like a drop in the bucket. Like I said...I know that this isnt very healthy, but my gains have been amazing and the majroity of the guys who juice like 1-2 grams of test aweek and 150mg drol a day, look like rabbits standing next to me.
My goal is to hit 275-280 by the end of the cycle, get cut up on winstrol, clen, and t3 afterwards.
I am 21 years old btw. Let me know what you all think about this?
The mentality of this diet is...keep it simple...calories build muscle, so eat as much calories as you can humanely handle. Life is too short to be small!

I gotta tell ya, I went on a 8-10,000+ calories a day diet and put on 45 pounds in about 2 months. I ate everything in site, and like you, my strength gains were phenomenal, I would encourage you however to rethink the plan about 275-280 once you get to 260 you will feel like crap. Heck, Im six foot and when I had gotten up to 260 I felt terrible, and I was at 16% bodyfat. I can only wonder how some of these behemoths on this board get around with 245-260 pounds of straight muscle :) I'm sure you will have quite a bit of fat gain as well... Unless you are working out long and hard enough to use those calories for reparation(I am in favor of Parillo's advice of you can't overtrain but you can under eat). I am anxious to hear what others say, I would encourage you however to figure out your macronutrient breakdown as well.

Yuo'll get planty fat. Next thread you'll be asking for fat loss diet suggestions.

YOU DO REALIZE THAT THERE IS NO WAY YOU'LL EVEN COME CLOSE TO BURNING OFF ALL OF THE CALORIES? EXPECT AN EVEN RATIO OF 1LB OF MUSCLE GAINED TO 1LB OF FAT GAINED. WHY ARE YOU EATING HIGH FAT AND HIGH CARBS?

WHAT DO YOU THINK EATING ALL OF THE EXTRA JUNK IS GOING TO DO FOR YOU? IF YOU ATE 6000 HEALTHY CALORIES, YOU WOULD GET THE SAME RESULTS WITHOUT HAVING TO HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON YOUR HEART, CHOLESTEROL, BODY FAT, BLOOD PRESSURE... ETC.

YOU PIG OUT? PIGS ARE FAT. YOU'RE GAINING 2-3LBS A WEEK NATURALLY BECAUSE YOU ARE IN A CALORIC SURPLUS. YOUR BODY ISN'T EVEN COMING CLOSE TO BURNING OFF ALL THE FUEL. GOOD? YES. BUT YOU'RE DOING THIS EXCESSIVELY. YOU NEED TO FIND OUT HOW MANY CALORIES YOUR BURN IN A DAY, THEN EAT SLIGHTLY MORE CALORIES WITH HEALTHY FOODS SO THAT YOU GAIN MORE MUSCLE THAN BODY FAT. IF YOU KNOW IT'S NOT HEALTHY, WHAT GOOD IS THIS DOING FOR YOU?

YOU SOUND LIKE YOU'RE LIFTING HEAVY, WHICH IS GOOD... BUT YOU'RE BODYFAT IS ALREADY HIGH. YOUR CYCLE SOUNDS LIKE YOU COPIED IT OFF AN INTERNET BOARD. DBOL FOR PROTEIN SYNTHESIS AND TEST TO BULK UP? COULD YOU ELABORATE ON THAT? ALL AAS INCREASE THE RATE AT WHICH PROTEIN SYNTHESIZES. TEST TO BULK UP? IF PROTEIN IS SYNTHESIZING AT A FASTER RATE, MUSCLE WILL ACCUMULATE. ALL AAS BULK. YOUR DIET AND AAS CHOICES IN CONJUCTION WITH EACHOTHER WILL ADD SLOPPY BULK.

Eating 9000+ kcals a day at 14% bf for 235 lbs you'll only get fatter and fatter as the weight goes up. The chubbier you begin with the chubbier you end up going all out like that.

And if/when you finally reach your goal of being 280, dieting down will be a real pain and will take you a LONG boring time... to in the end be what you seem to hate... "small"

2-3 pounds a week ain't lean tissue... impatience and bodybuilding don't match very well... but it takes a few years of this lifestyle to understand it :)

I don't understand, how does bodyfat help with strength? Why not try to just gain muscle and minimal fat?

Bro, all you need to gain (more or less) is calories in > calories out, with a fair share being protein. Eating like that, gaining 2-3 lbs a week, you can bet your ass its a good bit of water weight and fat. As Dad said, 'yuor' gonna be askin for diet info soon :p

At 235, maybe cut that down to 4k maybe 5, unless you want to end up looking like a superheavy PL.

It's wrong

Why put on 30 lbs to net 5 lbs of lean mass? Why do you want to huff and puff like you just sprinted 100 yds but you're only bending over to tie your shoes? Why do you want to shit 4 times a day? Just increase your cals enough to put on the 5 lbs of lean mass without having to go through the torture. Then at 240 you want to take 25mgs dbol for 8 weeks??? You'll be holding more water than a camel and your BP will be through the roof. Re-think your program....you'll be happier in the end.

Is that you in your avatar? I do see what your saying about all of this...just want to let you know that I am not a competitor (but am a bodybuilder simply for the sake of drive). So you are basically suggesting that I cut down the junk in my food and still eat over 6k of CLEAN calories a day? I dont even eat that much junk food (with the exception of a pound of bacon here and there for breakfast and a couple of triple whopper meals once every 2-3 weeks. What would you say that I add clen and increase my cardio to 45 minutes to an hour after every workout session, but dont fall back too much on the cals? I dont feel like I am getting fat (My stomach is still flat with visible abs) and I dont feel too much new fat tissue adding up. The most thing I feel is the feeling of bulk and power adding up rapidly. The pumps are amazing, and to be honest with you, I outlift a lot of the juiceheads in my relatively but popular and crowded gym I go to in jersey City. i figure with the logic...if everybody is asking and looking at me if I juice...then I must be doing somethign right, right?
I used to be 252 pounds, and when I felt that the fat gains were starting to come on too fast, I decided to go ahead and cut down some food in my diet...what happened? I lost 40 pounds of muscle AND fat..not to mention at least 1/3 of my strength in every lift. To me it wasnt worth it.
Would adding a lot more cardio, some clen, and incorporating high reps make slow down the fat gains without having to cut down too much on my diet so as to preserve the strength??? I just LOVE the food you know?
Whata re the options?

agreed. there is no doubt that one can and does make serious gains when taking in an abundance of cals, but such an abundance i don't believe necessary, 1000 cals above maint is ample to build. the bf% is too high to be starting this now, when it's all done and he diets back down to the point of looking like a bodybuilder i think he will be greatly dissapointed with the net results.
justing having an arbitrary goal on a scale is not bodybuilding, at least not educated. a scale does not differentiate between muscle and fat.

with this in mind remember the fatter you get the longer you have to diet which means less of getting to eat all the food you love to eat, as do i. if your happy with how look then let that guide you. i personally don't like being too soft in the lower ab area, don't like my jeans being uncomfortable, i refuse to do what most americans do, go and buy bigger clothes. jeans are a great accountability. my oldest brother just gave me some of his old jeans because they are too small for him now, they are 32" waist, i have been wearing 30" for the past month or so, but i am having to work at keeping them comfortable....

Yes, that's me. Right now I sit around 270-275 @ 5'9 and around 10% bf. I have the same goal of hitting 280. You need to get a sound nutrition program and training program. You should really consider DC training. You have so many questions about very basic things. Go to intensemuscle.com and read the DOGG pound. Most of the answers you need will be there.

How about starting a journal with pictures. I love to see your week to week transformation. This ought to be good. ;)

I eat two eggs for breakfast, a 6 inch subway sandwich for lunch and a salad for dinner and I'm 252.

You look good, got any more competition pictures? I admit that I follow a simple minded, simple philisophy when it comes to dieting...as Mike Mentzer used to say, a calorie is a calorie, keep it simple...I've been applying the old school philisophy of eat, eat, and eat to heart and dont follow any of the modern stuff that involves ketosis, etc etc. Much respect to you for pointing me out to intensemuscle. Im going to do a lot of reading on there and get back to you. As for now, I will keep eating the 9k calories a day, but will incorporate E/C/A, and an addition of morning 45 minute cardio, and 30 minute post workout cardio. That should do the trick in jacking up the metabolism somewhat significently right? So far, up until this point, my stomach is flat, lean, somewhat hard...and for 235 pounds at 5"9, I personally dont think that is really all so bad you know?
Power to you!

Thank you!
This notion of force-feeding to gain "size" has been around for several decades. Those of us a bit older remember all the "Mass Gainer" type products (Weider was the worst offender here) that were largely cheap starch and sugar. Yuo gained weight alright - except it WASN'T muscle, or at least not much of it was.

Yuo can gain weight, and as yuo do, yuo'll may more calories, but the sane way to do this is to G-R-A-D-U-A-L-L-Y increase the calories. AND, of course, yuo better know what yuo're doing with yuor training (which many do not).

As Allex so well illustrates, stuffing oneself with food to achieve/maintain size simply isn't necessary.

Ok, this was so right on the money, I couldn't resist seeing it repeated!

MOST OF DAVE'S GUYS ARE IN SHAPE THOUGH. SOUNDS LIKE YOU'RE READY FOR NATIONALS.

GET CUT WITH GEAR? TRY A DIET. MOST OF US CAN GET CUT WITH WHAT YOU'RE USING TO BULK. 21? LIKE I SAID, YOU NEED TO RE-EVALUATE. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. DON'T HURT YOURSELF.

Ok, MORE great advice that can't be repeated too often!

Yuo'll get planty fat. Next thread you'll be asking for fat loss diet suggestions.
