stinging nettleAdd DAO and the items in the article- stinging nettle, holy basil and Quercetin (or an anti-histamine) and you should eliminate most of that.
Apologies I couldn’t post the article here as I wanted to show the citations and they wouldn’t hyperlink here, hence the PDF.
Seems like you are familiar with this side effect of PDE5 inhibitors, do you have any recomendations on how to mitigate the nasal congestion from these compounds? In a study on subjects using Sildenafil, the rhinoscopy showed a characteristic increase of the volume of the inferior turbinates . Nitric oxide is present in the nasal mucosa and is responsible for vasodilation, causing congestion and nasal obstruction.

Sorry should have mentioned I have tried local decongestants (afrin, saline, zicam and netty pot) but they only ever provide temporary relief.Localized nasal decongestants.

A double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized clinical study of the effects of vardenafil on human nasal patency - PubMed
Objective and subjective nasal obstruction after administration of vardenafil was significantly higher in this study than in previously reported studies. The effect of congestion can be reversed by local decongestants. The role of PDE5 inhibitors in nasal physiology merits additional investigation.pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Everything is temporary...I find Bromelain on empty stomach quite helpful too.Sorry should have mentioned I have tried local decongestants (afrin, saline, zicam and netty pot) but they only ever provide temporary relief.
I'll have to look into Bromelain and do some research. Temporary relief is good and all but I constantly found myself waking up because I couldn't breath out of my nose (I sleep with a CPAP and nasal pillow). I'm taking some time off from Cialis and going to re asses in a week because at this point I'm just not sure if the positives outweigh the negatives for me personally.Everything is temporary...I find Bromelain on empty stomach quite helpful too.
I personally would move to cialis and use 2.5mg daily to have it in your system consistently at a lower amount to mitigate side effects.Sorry should have mentioned I have tried local decongestants (afrin, saline, zicam and netty pot) but they only ever provide temporary relief.
Daily:just ordered some stinging nettle, holy basil and Quercetin, DAO as well as the Dr Ohira probiotics. thanks for this!
any recommendations for dosing and timing of the individual supplements?
This is your more natural way to battle the histamines from Tren? You notice a significant difference in how you feel?Daily:
4mg DAO
300mg Holy Basil
300mg Quercetin
200mg bromelain
200mg stinging nettle extract
Start there as a foundation and take more IF needed.

Lol that’s all I need to hearlast week I started back running it and it was immediate heart burn, increased body temp, and sleep went to shit.
I added the above and it cleared the same day, slept like a baby that night and nothing has returned since.
One other pathway for the GERD - everyone here who's started taking Dr. Ohhira's probiotics has reported almost no heartburn from tren or other compounds. I never get it any more with 1 cap of the Professional formula every night.
Off topic to the thread, but do you know if astragalus should be taken fasted? Can’t find a clear answer.2g astragalus daily
1g Chanca piedra daily
4g taurine daily
Thanks I appreciate all the input and options from you and the other experienced guys in this thread. I'll have to do some trial and error and research because I really do like the researched benefits of cialis.I personally would move to cialis and use 2.5mg daily to have it in your system consistently at a lower amount to mitigate side effects.
And as @Doitagain suggested proteolytic enzymes on an empty stomach as well first thing AM.
Bromelain, serrapeptase, protease and nattokinase are all good ones.
I would also consider trying stinging nettle as well. It’s easy to jump to OTC and prescriptions, but there’s a lot of very effective herbs and enzymes.
It does not have to be taken fasted. I personally take mine with food.Off topic to the thread, but do you know if astragalus should be taken fasted? Can’t find a clear answer.
Also never heard of Chanca Piedra, will have to look in to that.
