A Solution to Tren- Understanding Histamine and how to regulate it

literally had a dream about tren last night...that's how bad I want to take just a small dose. I'm on 20mgs-30mgs test a day 10mgs mast so I'm beyond a low dose guy I'm a pathetic dose guy :ROFLMAO:

but I miss that tren feel even a 15-20mgs EOD dose gives me...

When you talk about GERD and heart burn on Tren, what kind of symptoms are you talking about? I get an ache in my throat/chest that only goes away with proton pump inhibitors, so I assume it's GERD, but I never get any stomach acid coming up into my mouth or throat that I can actually taste.
It doesn’t always lead to stomach acid you can taste. Different individuals get different levels of symptoms. This still sounds like a mast cell/histamine issue IMO.

Now you can use it again. Professional Muscle… where dreams come true. 🤣

love it! I must say I have always been a hypochondriac but never really thought I'd get to the point where I was scared to take 15mgs of tren EOD. Being a hypochondriac probably saved me from some bad decisions, but it's also made me over paranoid.

I had a thread here that documented my journey of hypochondria (I had to get counseling). I was doing $500 of bloodwork a week for about 12 weeks and paid >$20K to see cardiologists and nephrologists. Had to pay out of pocket because I didn't actually have any issues. It got pretty bad...most of that happened after my dad died at age 63 and I think I mentally just spun out.

Anyway...thanks for all the info here!

Always happy to help!

And I get it - my father has terrible heart problems and stays heavily medicated, but he is a hypochondriac. He has almost died so many times from heart attacks and complications that he spends his life now trying to find something wrong that isn’t there.

He needs a membership card to the ER and has seen every top specialist in the US. It’s so sad to watch as it’s been robbing him of living for over 15 years now.

I’m glad to hear you’ve been able to recognize it and are on the other side as many never get there.

if u dont have access to the DAO, would taking just the antihistamine still help? or if u started the antihistamine at the same time as the tren, would the DAO even be necessary?

It won’t be nearly as effective as doing holy basil and stinging nettle in my opinion as most anti-histamines such as Zyrtec only work on the H1 receptor.

This means that it will clear up most respiratory related issues. H2 receptors are for GI issues such as GERD and heart burn. Those two herbs work on the H2 receptor as well.

Zantac works on H2 receptors, but has other drawback's.

DAO is going to work to metabolize the excess histamine. So it’s a two-fold approach.

interesting we grew stinging nettle, its trichomes contain serotonin . i have used holy basil numerous times and was actually only made aware of it by my mentor dr dave when I worked for him, he required all of us to dose holy basil DAILY in order to work there, he was paranoid. still is

then one year I bought everyone In my family a bottle after studying its benefits more (FOR XMAS)

Sorry to hear that about your father.

more pioneer-breaking edge research. excellent thread and discoveries, I love this stuff, looking forward to future anecdotal additions to the thread based on bros' experiences here.

It’s the ursolic acid from the Holy Basil that’s doing the heavy lifting in this case, thus the source matters.

Ursolic acid reduces mast cell activation by blocking FcεRI-mediated mast cell activation and inhibits their release of histamine.

ya i dont get much in the way of respiratory problems from tren, its mainly the upper GI issues that bug me. and isnt zantac a PPI? i tried one of those once for the tren heartburn and it reduced my stomach acid so much food would just sit in my stomach for hrs and fester, it was terrible lol.

so even just starting an antihistamine from the jump wouldnt stop the histamines from building up and nipping it in the bud altogether from the start?

Despite all that I know I'm still always learning - started NaturDAO last night.

real talk to both statements, thats why this forum is so great and its the only BB forum i bother checking, tons of knowledgeable bros on here contributing great info

Oral route ketotifen hasn’t been mentioned in this thread……is there a reason why

i get heart palpitations everytime i try to use tren. The only thing is happens with. Never had an issue 10 years ago. Last couple years everytime id try to use it id get palpitations (pvc's i think is how they refer to it). Id have palpitations that went on for hours and hours straight without stopping. Multiple days. You could feel it really well by holding my pulse.
Had ekgs, ultrasound, wore one of those devices on my chest for 7days straight. Other tests done as well. Had all the same tests repeated 2 years later as well. They said im good to go.
I wonder i wonder i wonder

If this would be the case we should run antihistamine year round lol

Nobody’s asked. 😂

Ketotifen is a histamine H1 receptor blocker and mast cell stabilizer.

So it would be more effective than Zyrtec in some ways, but still wouldn’t handle excess histamine or work on H2 receptors which are the GI related ones.

That is correct on the PPI hence I don’t think it’s a sustainable solution.

Blocking the histamines is one part of the question. You need to stabilize the mast cells and metabolize the excess histamine to restore balance again.
