I'm posting this here in the newbie section as it perhaps is kind of a basic question..
I've started to experience with longer cycles this year. I've currently been on since 1.June. I try to keep dosages as low as possible but want stady progression all the way while I'm bulking so I'm not sure how the best solution is to make up a long cycle. I've seen horrifying stories about guys who go on/off 3months, and this one guy I know is planning to go 2g aas/weekly on his next 12week cycle, and he isn't at more than 187lbs perhaps 6" tall, he did to cycles at about 1,5g before this upcoming cycle and felt on the last one that he almost didn't gain anything, he thinks he is beginning to get imune to roids. I don't wanna end up like this, and I'm wondering how the best solution to plan a longer cycle is.
I went something like this from June 1st
week 1-4 : high doses (40mg dbol - dbol only)
5-10 : bridge - 10mg morning dbol
11-15 : moderate doses (sust only 580mg ew with frontloading)
16-20: moderate doses, with switching up 300mg testo + 300mg deca)
20-24: High doses: adding 50mg adrol to the mix
24-30: bridge - low doses (morning dbol or 250mg testo ew)
31-38: going completly off a couple of months or perhaps starting over again.
does this seem like an ok plan?
How you're doing the dosages for longer cycles? I'm at week 16 now, and I stangnating on weigth. I keeps bumping up and down, and I'm wondering if I need to add more like 500test + 300-400deca? I want stady progression, but as I said also keep dosages as low as possible :/
