abs workout

what do you guys do to work your abs? how often do you work them? im not pleased with the results im getting from what im doing now.
 
Cable crunches and leg raises in the dip/leg raise stand. Ab's are muscles too, you need resistance to stimulate growth. Hundreds of weightless reps won't do shit. (not saying that's what you're doing....just saying in general)
 
I could post my ab workout but it would be relatively inmaterial to developing abs.

Abs are like assholes, everyone's got 'em (but you can't always see 'em).

well i have been using the cable crunches, but i think i may need to up the weight. X i totally agree with you. i have slimmed down a little and have improved my look but i was hoping for a quick fix. i know i know there is never a quick fix, but you cant blame me for asking. :D
