Cable crunches and leg raises in the dip/leg raise stand. Ab's are muscles too, you need resistance to stimulate growth. Hundreds of weightless reps won't do shit. (not saying that's what you're doing....just saying in general)
well i have been using the cable crunches, but i think i may need to up the weight. X i totally agree with you. i have slimmed down a little and have improved my look but i was hoping for a quick fix. i know i know there is never a quick fix, but you cant blame me for asking.
