Acne; Very confusing situation!

I'm currently on 500mg / week TestE. This is the first cycle I've ran in two years. Prior to this I had ran two other cycles; 500mg / week TestE for 12 weeks and another 12 week cycle of 500mg Test and 400mg Deca / week. I have always been slightly acne prone, nothing horrible by any means though, a zit or two on my face a week... Just enough to bother me. Neither of those cycles ever caused any acne besides a slight bit more during PCT when my hormones were fluctuating. About a year ago, I went to a very liberal derm about using accutane at a low dose so I never broke out again, even though my acne was mild. She let me run a tane course, which was 40mg / day for 5 months. I never broke out at ALL again. Then I started this cycle and 8 weeks in (had a few mroe zits than normal but wasn't embarassing) I switched to Omnas and a week later started breaking out pretty bad, so after I two weeks of Omas, I switched back to enanthate and now I am on week 12 of a planned 16 weeks and the acne is still getting worse. My chest is loaded with zits, more than I've ever had and some is developing on my back. Could all of this just be from the 2 weeks I had to use Omnas?? Or could I just randomly be experiencing acne from Test in general? It just seems odd that before accutane, I didn't break out from test at all and now, after running tane, I'm breaking out very awful at the end of my cycke. I'm hoping it was from the Omnas, which I was only shooting 2x week for the 2 weeks I used them.

I'm considering using some sponsor tane, seeing as how my liver values never spiked that high on script 40mg a day and it would be way cheaper. Just not sure. I use a topical already which is a mix of clindamycin and tretinoin (retin-a' active compound). I tried used Doryx for a few weeks, which is a very strong antibiotic usually used for acne to no avail.

Any thoughts? Opinions?

I've ran accutane to clear up acne, and had acne everytime after running test.
I suspect the change to the omans was a coincidence and you're having a reaction to DHT conversion.

You could use accutane again at a low dose, but it likely wont prevent breakouts in the future from test.
I personally just never use test anymore.

are you running an AI? like adex or aromasin?

Don't forget you are adding 2 cc of oil to your body in the form of an injection. That extra oil can cause problems in addition to the test which can cause problems.

Accutane is actually a dangerous drug and in my opinion (I am a registered nurse who minored in phramacology) should be avoided if possible. It should only be for extreme cases-and you know what I mean by extreme.

Try washing you face/and or body with Selsun Blue or Head and Shoulders shampoo. It may sound crazy, but it is a best kept secret and the medication in the shampoo works extremely well on acne and the soap in the shampoo is mild. Try it for a couple weeks without any other face soaps.

tanning actually helped alittle with my acne.......also try the head and shoulders shampoo or dawn dish detergent......ive tried both and they did help me

x2 on the tanning. It does help i think.

Did u really use a dish detergent in the shower? Wasn't there a lot of bubbles?

You could try doxycycline first and see if that does the job, and then if not hit the accutane, but I would go for 20mg per day rather than 40mg/day, lowers the sides and seems to be almost as effective.

Bump on the AI-sometimes it can be estrogen related acne and not necessarily androgen based-I know a guy that breaks out terribly on test and is very gyno prone, but can use masteron and winny with no problem.

The omnas could very well just be coincidence, I was just hoping this might possibly be how my body responds to short esters only being inj. 2x a week instead of eod. I know this could just be my body finally showing me some negative side effects on my third cycle as well though.

I'm not running an AI, no. I have some adex but have felt no signs of gyno or other estrogen related effects. I also always keep tons of Nolva on me, just in case. But this acne is honestly the only negative side effects I've ever gotten from a cycle. Have guys actually seen people who get estro related acne clear up when they implement an AI or Nolva? I've talked to a few people who say estro causing acne on cycle is very unlikely but it makes sense to me.

I used Doryx for about 3 weeks with no results, which is the same thing as doxycycline. Lol when I was younger, I'm talking 16 / 17, I actually tried that dishwash liquid thing for a bit and the head and shoulders... Neither did much for me. Granted that was 8 years ago. Tanning is something I will definitely agree does help but I know this is just going to get worse into PCT.

The only reason I bring accutane up is because it's literally the only thing that ever got me one-hundred percent clear and being monitored monthly at 40mg / day my liver values never sky rocketed nor did any of my functions, so I would feel safe running 20mg / day on my own, the only downside being the legitimacy of using non HG tane. The only negative side effect tane ever gave me was freaking out if I couldn't find chapstick every 20 minutes.

It's nice to see all these different perspectives and it gives me some stuff to research too. I just really don't want to spend this summer hiding in a t-shirt! Haha I know others can relate to that feeling.

acne is a possible side effect from increased estrogen, i recommend you start taking your adex

i alwasy see signs about how tanning is bad and its just a rumor that it clears up your acne

but shit i tan every time im on and maybe once every week when im off and i dont even notice zits..

the only thing id get is when i run tren A and i get like cysts like little zits under my skin that are hard...

sucks but they go away if i just leave em alone and keep clean.

landscaping keep my dirty but the sun felt so good!

i just started trying the "head and shoulders" shampoo treatment and i have seen an improvement in the first couple days. something to do with the zinc in the shampoo apparently helps it.
