Adequan or Aflutop?

I have Chrondomalacia on my knee's and was wondering if anyone has used either of these and the results, which one is better in your opinions..and the dosages and or cycles..

The adequan is vet quality and the aflutop is human grade. Sorry, I don't know anyone that has used either. Just heard stories of the Vet who came up with it and he tried it out on himself due to his knees were shot.

I have not used either yet. I have spoken to many who have & I have looked into both extensively. Reports of efficacy can vary widely. From a miracle drug, to completely worthless. For the majority however (about 80%), both appear to be effective. There is more evidence surrounding Adequan. The human version of the drug, Arteparon, has been used in Europe for years. Primarily intra-articularly, though IM use has been shown to be effective.

Adequan dosing is 100-125mg/week IM x 10 weeks.

Aflutop is 1 amp per day for 21 days.

Its definitely worth trying. Personally, I would go w/ Adequan first.

If finances are an issue, one of the people I have spoken with who claim it is a miracle drug for him used 100mg/wk for 3 weeks, then 100mg q 4wks for maintainance.

You can't get adequan from either of those sites without a prescription, I know, I tried a few weeks ago. In fact, I couldn't find adequan anywhere and I looked hard. I can usually find ANYTHING, but that stuff is controlled better than a nuns crotch.

I ended up using alflutop. It did help a lot with my joints. I had chondromalacia in my knees too. It doesn't bother me one bit now. My shoulders were also shot and again no pain there either now. It definitely helps the joints a lot. Unfortunately though, it didn't seem to do shit for my tendons, which I really didn't think it would anyway. Overall though, it was worth taking. It's no miracle drug, but it does help.

Hmmmm. You entered the order online and they held it @ both of those? I know people who have rec'd w/out a script from both. What happened after you entered the order? Was your card charged and then refunded when you couldn't produce a script?

After you place the order it says that you must enter a prescription number and your vets phone number before the order can be shipped. You can be charged for it before you get the vets prescription, but it won't be shipped until they recieve it.

So you can find pretty easily without a needing a script. Any more links, I think I will go with the Adequan. I can get Alflutop if not for sure..

I love Adequan, but haven't been able to get any reciently. Good luck with minor problems, it's like the pain is gone in an hour or so. I ordered from bullwinkle a few months ago. They put a hold on my cc for a day then released it when I didn't have a script....

I've used adequan with very good success. Aflutop is very similar, but from what I've read only helps with mild pain. I'm not sure if it works as well as adequan.
I've done quite a bit of research on the subject. I had hurt my knee quite severely. and in the process I also broke all 5 toes and my ankle. After they screwed up my foot, they moved on to my still injured knee. One of the things they were supposed to fix was a torn meniscus. They missed one tear.. Anyways, I was not healing well.Where I should have been back to almost 100% within 6 weeks. I was dealing with severe pain for 1 1/2 years. The docs ( I went through 4 of them) just kept me on vicoden for almost the entire time.. Usually 3 to 4 weeks max on vicoden. Then to ultram .. I got tired of all their shit and keeping me drugged up. So I started looking into alternatives. Thats when I came up with adequan. I stopped going to the doctors and within a month I was doing 100% better than I was in their care.

It's not a wonder drug as some haven't seen the results that I have, but many have.
