Adex rebound

On 1mg Adex, I was going to use Aromasin to help prevent a rebound. Any advise on how to go about getting of adex w/o getting the rebound?? Do I need to taper off the adex or can I just take 25mg Ed of aromasin and quit the adex altogether, would that be enough to prevent a rebound of estrogen?

Aromasin takes a week to reach steady plasma levels. I would start taking the aromasin while still on the adex. At day 4 i would start lowering the dose of adex until the 7th day upon which time the A'sin should be good to go and yo ushould be able to drop the Adex.

Take whatever dose of a'sin you've chosen, run it for the whole week at that dosage, and taper down the adex starting day 4. This is the way "I" would do it and i'm sure someone else would say different but with the knowledge on how a'sin works this method seems to make the most sense. Let us know how you do with it.

something like this should suffice:

day 1 : 1 mg
day 2 : 1 mg
day 3 : .75 mg
day 4 : .75 mg
day 5 : .5 mg
day 6 : .5 mg
day 7 : .25 mg
day 8 : 0mg

4 week changeover

weeks 1 &2: 0.66% of "normal" Adex dose + o.33% of "normal Aromasin dose

weeks 3&4: 0.33% of "normal" Adex dose + 0.66% of "normal" Aromasin dose.

week 5 and on: 100% Aromasin

plenty of time for a gradual change.

What if you were to JUST taper adex, not adding arom? Would that help the effects of the rebound?

this is going to go against the current grain...

ive never noticed an estrogen rebound from 'dex at all.
