Advice on Helping Someone With First Cycle

No I totally agree with what you guys are saying about advising someone about the consequences that can come from crossing to the dark side. But from what I understand from reading the OP thread is that the guy wants advice on what to take for his first cycle. Not if he should do one or not. So that leads me to believe is that the guy has his mind set on doing the Cycle. I'm sure we all didn't just woke up one day and said I'm do a cycle. We all saw those big dudes in the gym and we wanted to be big too. And curiosity killed the cat. I be the first to admit if I was advised many years ago of the consequences that could come from using. I would have still used. I don't regret one bit of my use. Do I or have I abused as far as high doses no never. Not even when I competed. But I'm with concreter on this one. If it shorten my life span a few years but I'm extremely happy with myself and the way I look I take that

Sooooo, my good friend just did his first cycle. Test and mast. he is 41 years old. he did 500mg test a week and 300mg mast. phenomonal results. he was on for @10 weeks. tapered off over course of 4-5 weeks.

He's now been off prb 2 months since ending the tapering. He completely regrets it. at 41 yrs old he still hasnt recovered he doesnt think. lethargic and tired all the time. crazy to think he may not recover from ONE cycle. but at 41 yrs old doesnt surprise me i guess....

i'd tell your buddy not to do it.

Probably he would have achieve the same results on just test, and much lower than 500mg. Never start with high doses,
