Currently on the following...
Anavar @ 100mg ED
Test-E @ 600mg PW
Tren-E @ 200mg PW
Tren Ace @ 100mg Tue / Thur (5 week kickstart only)
GH @ 10iu Mon / Wed / Fri
Would like to give insulin a go, and am thinking about this...
5iu NovoRapid with breakfast, followed by 5iu with lunch.
I train in the evenings, and have heard -- from a few long-time insulin users -- that there is no benefit to running insulin post-workout, due to GLUT4 activation, and that it is actually detrimental to run it pre-workout, because it prevents the body from using glycogen from the liver.
Another thing I'm a little unclear of, is the frequency I should be running insulin. For example; 7 days a week, only on training days (which are Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri), or just something like 3 days a week, as I'm doing with the GH.
What are your thoughts?
