I am gyno sensitive... I plan on running a cycle of test @ 500mg/week for 10 wks soon. Should I use A-dex while on cycle ed? If so how much? Also, would proviron be a good choice to use on cycle instead of A-dex? My PCT will consist of nolvadex and clomid. Thanks for any input!

exemestane(aromasin) might work better since it suicides estrogen as opposed to just inhibiting it

but both are good and in my opinion using AI works better during cycle and save the SERMS for pct

esp since your gyno prone your gonna want to control estrogen as much as possible

Exactly what Creation said. ^^^^^^ Both adex or asin should work well during cycle. You only need one of them and asin may be better in your case.

Thanks for the input guys... should i run the aromasin @ 25mg/ day or start at 12.5 mg/ day?

I'd say both are too much. I run half a 12.5 tab / day at around the same dose of test.
