AI while on cycle... always vs only when signs of high estrogen show?

I usually only do test only cycles of high doses. I was wondering if I should be taking an AI like adex while on cycle. I have only used adex if it was needed but have read that your estrogen can be high with out the signs of high estrogen like sore nips.

Should I take a low dose to keep estrogen in the normal ranges while on cycle if I have no signs of sore nips?

Are you able to get an ultra sensitive estradiol blood test to help you make that decision?

Yes from my research and personal experience low dose

Always. High estrogen will kill your gains.

Labs are the only way to know but if you are running high doses of test your estrogen will most Likely be high. Aromasin at 12.5 Ed will help or Adex at .25 eod is a good starting point

OK thanks guys. I will use adex from now on when blasting with test. I never use to before. Could this be the reason I have such bad acne comming down to hrt dose?

Get aromisin to just in case, I had armidex and it wasn't working so I went to aromisin and had better results
