Wake Up Call
I work out at a popular Manhattan gym. My personal trainer works there part time. He also trains my major league baseball buddy in the off season as well as my network media buddy. He's dedicated, hard working and a real quality guy. About a year ago, he found himself in deep sh-- over allegations he was distributing illegal -----. I confronted him with what I had heard. He denied it and told me the story of what he had been dealing with at the gym. The fact that other trainers were NARCS. So were some of their supposed clients. I consulted with my buddies, and I decided to play gotcha. My trainer was suspicious of this trainer that was his friend from NJ that worked at the gym. He told me that he was always asking him lots of questions about his clients. Was he making it $$$$ and what else he was doing$$$??(Supplements,etc).
We both noticed that everytime I would be there for a workout, this other trainer was always close by. My trainer asked me if I still wanted something, and I said yes. He gave me a packet and I put it in my sweatshorts. TWO DAYS LATER, as I leaving my apt bldg at 6am my doorman told me there was a guy waiting outside to talk to me. My driver saw me getting stopped by this guy and bolted towards us. It was the usual questions. Was I getting supplied ------ from my trainer at the gym?? I pulled out a slip of rolaids and said "thats what he gave me". PLEASE BE CAREFUL EVERBODY!!!
