Am cardio/ lift question.

For the past 6 weeks I have been doing my cardio post work out with nothing in my guts except a 42g ATW shake in water. My workouts have been kinda sluggish cause of the lack of carbs and havent progressed much lately. Might change it up a little bit, hows this look? A lot of things might do this some good.
If I woke up at 8am and didnt eat, drink anything(just water to take pills), hit an ECA or dose of Clen, and 50mg winny.
Was hammering cardio BY 8:30 am at the gym ( I can wake up and leave easy)
Got done with cardio and slammed a protein shake, piece of fruit, and a handful of dry cereal.
Went to the tanning bed for 30 or so mins. Recollected some energy chilling in the tanning bed which is 2 mins from my gym.
Went back to the gym and KILLED my lift session for 40mins and 40 mins only. Do you think this would be more effective than waking, hitting a shake, lifting, hitting cardio post work out, then going to the tanning bed, then home for Post workout meal and more rest?
I know there will be some opinions brought up about nutrition and what not, but what I do know is after my cardio sessions I usually feel fine.
Is 40 mins long enough to let the carbs, protein, glycogen, restore before slamming into the weights?
I might try this for a few weeks to see if I can make some more lean mass/fat loss progress. Advice needed.

Bump, no one? I was wanting to start this tommorrow morning, but if its a total BUST I wont waiste me time!
 
Do your cardio first thing in the am...

on a empty stom. then do you lifting later in the evening after you have had a few meals in you and your energy levels are higher. If you want to do another session of cardio in the evening post workout you will only benefit from it. If your not able to do this cause of time constraints then I see no prob in doing what you stated for you test levels are highest in the am anyhow.

OHHHH Man how I wish, ACTUALLY I plan on doing cardio empty stomachfor 40 mins first thing tommorrow morning, then leave the gym and run some errands for about 40 mins, do some Homework and what not. During that time I am going to eat 1 cup or raisen bran cereal, 1 med. apple, 42g protein shake w/glutamine and BCAAs, and 4 boiled eggs. THEN go back to the gym with a 12 oz powerade and sip on it while I did my workout, which will be chest. What Im asking is.. is the food, rest period good enough, or should I eat more/less and what of, and/or wait longer between my cardio and work out session? Ive got to be at work about 45 mins after my lift session.

Right after cardio eat 1 serving of oatmeal plain or with cinnamon/splenda if you wish along with a piece of fruit apple or banna. You can have your shake shortly after this 45mins -1 hour (im not sure how much time you have going on here from your post) along with 8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs. (i usually will make a veggie omlette out of it using non stick spray on pan) and a 2nd piece of fruit or some all natural peanut butter would be fine then go lift. Eat you 3rd piece of fruit for the day after lifting. The rest of the day load up on your protein sources, green veggies, shakes, supps etc as required for whatever your goals are.

Drop the powerade its nothing but high fructose corn syrup cheap sugar high. Simply use some caffeine for the extra spike or a eca etc. (shit will rot your teeth anyway almost as bad as soda)

Need more info on you to really determine the amounts of food you need to eat etc. Age, height, weight, training experience, goals, etc.
