Am i in too deep with my diet?

i use to be the same way to an extent...20 years is nuts! how are you not going crazy..but im in the same position where i just train for myself. what i do is when i get a huge craving for something i just go to walmart and pick up whatever i want to destroy...i pig out and then the next day go back to hitting it hard again..id say i do this maybe once every 6 weeks or so but i really kind of binge but i like it.
 
Live a little man, every football season I get weak every Saturday when college football is on, be super strict Sunday through Friday, or whatever works for you and your life, and don't neglect your friends and personal relationships because there might be some chips and queso there ;)
 
So F'n what?!?!? many people are members of a few boards and want lots of feedback and opinions.I can't believe someone takes the time to respond just to be an ass.
Exactly.

On topic.. cheat meals aren't going to hurt man. Fix your priorities.

I crave so much stuff but i tend not to have it simply because i dont...thing is it seems to be having an effect on my relationship...we dont go out to eat...dont even have a bit of ice cream when we are watching a film at the weekend...and etc...

Can I ask why not? afraid to put on fat? Makes you feel poorly (lethargic, indigestion, etc)? If your diet is affecting your relationship, and this sport is not your career, there is obviously an issue, you don't just "like to look good", and I don't think your answer will be as simple as a few people on a couple of boards saying "Ya man, go for it, have that cheat food!"

If people understood why you were so adamant about NEVER having a cheat meal, they might be able to help you.
