i use to be the same way to an extent...20 years is nuts! how are you not going crazy..but im in the same position where i just train for myself. what i do is when i get a huge craving for something i just go to walmart and pick up whatever i want to destroy...i pig out and then the next day go back to hitting it hard again..id say i do this maybe once every 6 weeks or so but i really kind of binge but i like it.
