I like reading various bodybuilding forums to pass the time while at work..lol
Anyway..
I've been reading a few workout logs/threads on one particular site and I'm baffled at the length of these peoples workouts. Multiple people list their w/o times at 2.5-3 hrs long (including cardio). One guy even states "2 bodyparts a day for 1 hr each..Then 1 hr for abs and cardio"..
I feel that I can get a QUALITY workout, including cardio, in roughly 60-90 minutes..Am I missing the boat on something?
