I've been searching and searching and I can't find an answer to my question. Here's my schedule.....
I wake up at 5:45 M-F and shower and all that stuff, eat and I'm at the gym at 6:40, walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes on incline then lift from 7 to 8. Lately I've been just eating oatmeal preworkout and drinking gatorade/maltodextrin PWO then chicken and brown rice 20 minutes after that. I know this probably isn't the best pre/post workout combo. I'm 23, 5'10" 205, very lean except top 4 abs only slightly show. Goal is 215-220, fully leaned out. I'm not new to gear or to working out, just new to early morning workouts so I need help adjusting my diet. The rest of my days diet is good. If I were to cycle it would be 750mg test e/wk, 500mg eq/wk. Can someone help me with my meals/shakes from the time I wake up until around 9am? I have on hand: synthepure, maltodextrin, waxy maize, limeade lbas, choc lbas, and l glutamine that I can put in shakes. For meals i can get whatever (beef, chicken, rice, oats, etc) Thanks
