here was a response i just gave to someone in another thread ...
"unless your sleep leaves you wet in the morning, you did not work out hard enough while asleep to burn off any substantial amount of carbs"
while true that u r more carb tolerant in the morning, did u really exhaust your stores of glycogen while you were sleeping, if so, you must be doing the laundry daily
just stop and think wheneva you hear some things that dont quite add up, or better yet, question some shit every now and again
