The Rocky movies and Rocky/Apollo Creed/Ivan drago's physiques i'm sure got a ton of people into fitness and training.


I would definitely consider him a hero in that regard.


He's one of the icons from that era of peak testosterone, masculinity and steroids, the awesome 80's.

I aspired to obtain their physiques when I was a young pup watching them on movies. Apollo Creed had a great physique in the Rocky franchise.

When I was a kid I had a collection of those Action Jackson dolls along with accessories and even a rescue rig. Good times.

I just watched most of the Predator franchise last weekend…looks like I’ll be watching the Rocky’s this weekend.

Time passes by for us all but watching all the action stars we idolized growing up and probably steered us in the direction we are still on to this day, pass away, it puts into perspective the journey that we all must take. Muscles don’t last forever, so train your heart, mind and soul as well. Take life seriously, but have fun.

Thats why i still roll vhs and cassette tapes. People start touching my White Snake or Skid Row cassettes we got problems. I don't roll a mullet and an 83 camaro just cause it looks good.
