another t3 question

how long do u have to stay off t3 befor u use it again some ppl have told me 6 months some said the same time on is the same time off so does any one else have an opinion

Im not an expert by any means..but have used t3 a few times..what i used to do is stay off the same time i was on..example: on 6 weeks..off 6 weeks..then start again..assuming you taper down and all that stuff offcourse.
