I came across this article via Animal's Forum: **broken link removed**

I would repost it here but it's tooo long. Article is about high protein (600g) low carb (50g) and doesn't say much about fat intake other than "remainder of the calories need to come from fats that have no, or at least very little, carbohydrate."

What do you all think about this program - anyone try it?

gonna try it this week. gonna lower the carbs gradually till i am at 50 a day. ill post to give results

Sems like a reasonable theory. It's a 26-30 day cycle, tha doesn't seem terrribly long to try. But there are a few things that I'm unsure about if I read it correctly. Does he take those 50 grams of carbs in dirrectly after his shot or just not worry about it and hope he's got eveything dialed in. I've played with insulin and hd falling in and out a bit along with getting a nice little pot belly. That fucker seemed harder than usual to work off too.

Im trying what I thought would be a good slin program-Ive heard the Chad Nichols theory about 1x wk dosing. Basically that enables you to take advantage of one meal and one post workout shake per week. How much can you really gain on that?
So Im doing post workout slin 4x wk. Not several times a day-post workout only. And Im making some nice gains. Ive done the regular 2x day slin schedule and I became resistant quickly. This new program is working great so far. Its administered enough to work well, but not so much that it causes resistance.

good to hear and does make sense, if u want to make sure ur sensitivity stays high, then when u r not taking slin, for example ur other meals of the day one should incorporate fish oils, cla, and r-ala

mikes, i know u like glucophage as does big a but there are serious problems wiht it like stopping growth hormone relase, animal was talkin about it

This does make sense. You're taking the 'slin when you're also taking in carbs post workout - so hypo shouldn't be as much of a problem.

Magoo - since there was no link to the other thread, I was pretty much in the dark about that discussion :confused:

Mr Magoo-I take tons of Omega3/6/9s in Flax/safflower/canola oils daily.
About 1000kcal each day!
Sure Xcel-I do the post workout shake 100g carb mix (dextrose/fructose/maltodextrin) and 50g protein with 12iu Slin "R". And 1hr after the drink a full meal. Been working great.
