While it is a well written article, I don't at all agree with his timing and assessment of dosages. I assume he is referring to non pegylated MGF when he recommends pwo injections. Pegylation has a 48 hour half life and during its initial onset into the bloodstream it will interfere with IGF use because they will compete actively for cell sites. MGF is an active structure of IGF so using them together will not work.
Now if you are using non pegylated MGF pwo that is fine, because the half life varies from 17 mins to 1 hour depending on whom you reference or speak to, but the point is that within an hour of injection and then taking igf is fine if using non peg mgf. But why would you want to do that?
No where does he include the use of insulin, the MOST anabolic hormone in the body and the reason top level amateurs and pro's have gotten to the next level. Plus the synergy with IGF is undeniable, there are many studies to prove it, as well as IGF is a amino sequence chain of insulin.
His dosages on igf are rediculously high, unless you are using very low grade media (85-90%) which non of our board sponsors sell. My IGF protocol does not call for that much and there are too many members here who can refute the need for those dosages.
His MGF dosages are incorrect, as are the timing recommendations. While he may be able to do some nice research, he obviously does not work with any top level athletes or he would have first hand knowledge of optimal dosages and timing.
