Well it is a strange question so forgive the man for making a joke.
Coconut oil does contain medium chain triglycerides (MCT) but coconut fibre doesn't have much MCT in it or much of anything. Coconut fibre is what you have left after all the good stuff has been pressed out of it. Coconut fibre is used to stuff mattresses and pillows. All you are getting from the coconut fibre is roughage i.e. non-digestible bulk which will give you large well-formed turds which you can sniff for antiobiotic-like smells -- just kidding
Even if the coconut fibre does have some MCT residue you won't be able to absorb much of it because it is trapped inside a cellulose matrix and humans don't produce cellulase (cellulose digesting enzyme).
Regarding the "antibiotic"-like smell I am uncertain. Do you mean a gasoline-like smell? You need to be careful with eating coconut fibre because some manufacturers of coconut oil apply hexane to the dried coconut meat to extract the oil. The leftover fibre from this chemical extraction process will contain hexane and hexane smells like gasoline
