Hi Tribe- to translate Tenny... this is something you may want to use the "search" function for first for a little while to answer your question largely b/c it is a very common one and hence one that has been addressed/discussed quite a lot.

I will have to agree with (Aphextwin), Everyone is different, and tend to aromitize at different rates. To be on the safe side I would keep both on hand and go by how you feel.
I have noticed during a cycle that arimidex works better and doesn't take away from my gains. Nolvadex tends to supress my gains if I took it during my cycle. So my rule of thumb is to take arimidex during and run the nolvadex once the cycle is completed. But here again, everyone is different.. Best of luck..

You could also look into Aromasin as an AI. Little more expensive but effective as hell and no estrogen rebound...
