If you're having anxiety issues then I would not recommend ingesting experimental levels of free form amino acids. Our neurotransmitters are made from amino acids and I think spiking your bloodstream so hard multiple times a day would be the opposite of what you want. Even whey would be exponentially slower release into your bloodstream.
