It's absolutely nuts the amount of information Scott shares for such a low price. People pay more for coffee in one week. Everything is explained very well, and not everything needs to be applied. The great thing about fortitude training is that you can tweak it to suit your own needs/lifestyle.
I am currently doing it. I did it for about 6 weeks last year and then got away from it. I truly enjoy it...it's a lot different than what I am use to though. If u can stay consistent and really follow his principles....I think it can really change someone's physique. It's high frequency training w lower volume. I do a Monday Wednesday Friday Saturday split. I truly believe in hitting lagging body parts more than 1x per week
