Man I cant handle yohimbine at all! It makes me feel like im gonna die. Shaky, nervous, bones ache, feverish. I feel like im gonna have an anxiety attack. Hate the stuff. But I can gobble up caffeine and ephedrine no problem

2 weeks for me when I actually started noticing, the sweating and vascularity is rather instant.

I like doing eca + 4-5 cups of green tea per day + 100mg dnp. That dose of dnp gives zero sides just added fat loss. Also strict diet/cardio is always a given lol i get Annoyed when people bring this up and people are just ignorant if they don't already incorporate diet/cardio when trying the get lean.

this. I like the DNP in there but at a high dose I don't feel healthy and it lowers my energy and tdee anyway while making me prone to binges. 125mg ed dnp with 300mg test ew and some caffeine seems to be the best for me. The DNP is only there to skew ratio of fat burning from fat+muscle to strictly fat while I sensitize from the low test dose.

Try Rauwolscine. I'm in the same boat.

2.5mg Yohimbine = A day of misery. Rauwolscine is totally agreeable with my system though.

Whats a good starting dose for rauwolcine and do you run it alongside anything else?

1mg of Rauwolscine per dose, 2-3x per day can get you started. Singular Sport used to make 1mg stand alone caps. I have a discontinued fat burner w/ 2.5mg per cap, among other things.

You can take it with caffeine, ephedrine (or clen), etc. It just replaces Yohimbine, but I think it works better. Just make sure you don't get too buzzed. 100-200mg caffeine MAX, with 12.5-25mg ephedrine MAX. See how you feel before bumping it.


Rauwolscine HCl is harder to find now. Most carry the herbal Rauwolfia (Vomitoria). I'm not sure what % the herb is.

I just found the singular support 1mg ones on amazon so maybe ill give those a try
