MAKE YOUR OWN...
Take an oil with a high smoke point and a proven track record for grill work
like peanut, sesame, coconut, etc..
add an acid that you like, vinegars, balsamic, Chinese rice vinegars, Apple cider vingars,
citrus fruits, especially pineapple aid in breaking into the fibers of the meat.
Something smoky,, something hot...its up to you.
Try;
1-2 smoked jalepeno (chipotles)
crushed after removing the seeds and veins inside,
mixed with a cup of peanut oil
add half cup of apple Cider Vinegar, or Chinese rice vinegar (sweet types), Balsamic, etc
add Honey to taste 1-2 teaspoons or so, if you like
maybe some lemon or lime if youre working on fish
or some red wine if its red meat.
Marinate 30 minutes minimum is great for fish.
Overnight on the red meats are even better
