just hoping some of you guys could suggest some good podcasts. on anything really, but in particular BB, nutrition, science, politics, motivational, etc...
ive had a lot of ipod time lately and audiobooks get a bit pricey after a while
Over at Rxmuscle they have "offtopic radio" also Heavy muscle radio they are ok. Not all that educational, more entertainment.
"Super human radio show" is good - especially for the average person.
I like "Your own health and fitness" - it is a lot more in depth science/medical wise but really great. Great functional medicine view/nutrition being key of disease.
Also I love NPR's "Science Friday" - great over all science info, interviews with the BRIGHTEST minds of the subjects they talk about, no second hand information.
You can find the last three are free on itunes.
Love listening when doing stuff around my house and cardio.
I like great Steven King style or Dean Koontz stories. There is a new author that I really enjoy- Scott Sigler...there is a free podcast called "NOCTURNAL"...MAN it's AWESOME! He's got a bunch of really fantastic stories on his site. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Did Sigler write 'Seventh Son'?
listened to a couple of the "super human radio" episodes and like it a lot, but i cant get it as a podcast in itunes. do you? thanks for the suggestions.
''When somebody once asked a friend of mine where would be a
good place to go on vacation, my friend replied that he would
rather tell him the places to avoid . . . and that would be the
planet Earth. So it is with bodybuilding podcasts . . .
While I have not listened to all of the bodybuilding podcasts
out there, the ones I have attempted to listen to were not very
good, could not listen to them. If you are looking for meaningful
information on bodybuilding or for just the plain entertainment,
I would look and listen elsewhere.
General fitness or health, that is another story. Will try the
"super human radio", and "Your own health and fitness".
Thank you for the heads up.
This is what I currently have on the iPod . . .

Carl has been having some critical family/divorce issues right now so shows haven't been posted frequently for past few weeks (only 2 a week average). So if it's just it won't download more - it's not you but Carl. But there is usually a good 4-5 shows a week.
