Phase 1
4-6 bottles of Green Rubbing Alcohol they sell it @ Walmart
3-4 bags of Epson salt
Add water as HOT as you can handle
Cover your body in Abolene aka sweet sweat
Soak for 20-30 minutes
Phase 2
Immediately put on rubber sauna suit on bare shaved skin, and sweats on top
Put on beanie
Lie on the floor under a blanket for 15-20 minutes or until u can't take it anymore
This along with a sodium load, then cutting all sodium for 5 days, then no food or water the last 24 hours prior to weigh ins is how most fighters shed 20lbs before a fight.
Always do a practice cut, monitor bp, rehydrate with a IV....if you fuck up this can kill you....
