Anyone have a cure for food poisoning?

Puking and shitting is your bodies way of getting rid of everything. Eat tons of plain white rice, bananas, and lightly salted water.

Last time I had the stomach flu I did this and was cleared in a day. I just gave my body enough material to remove the infection.

Update for everyone:

Yesterday was horrible. I laid in bed and took turns between throwing up, shitting my brains out or vomiting. Luckily I woke up this morning good to go and was able to make it back to work.

I feel like I bounced back pretty quickly thanks to ginger ale and chicken noodle soup

Didn’t eat in the morning then around 10am started feeling really bloated, wanting to burp which now has moved to throwing up and Diarrhea. I’m thinking my stomach didn’t like the milk I used in my coffee.

Does anyone have any good cures or fixes I can add in other than sipping 7up?

Many think they get food poisoning when they actually have the stomach flu. I get some phenergan and knock myself out for the vomiting half. But I’m conscious for the shitting half. Fluids fluids fluids. I try to sip on a protein drink every now and then, just to get a little something in.
