ANYONE KNOW NASSER????

I have this woman at work claiming she did NASSER'S DIET.

I am curious if anyone knows him to ask him if he knows this person...she claims to have dated him too.

Steak ,I won't say I know nasser, but when I lived in San diego 10 -12 years ago.He lived in Pacific beach.So did Milos, Achem Albright, Sonny Shimit.I even caught a couple of workouts with them.They had great bodies but Nasser and Milos were the brains of the crew.Nasser was arrogant and kind of a prick. He would give bad advice on purpose thinking it was funny[ just like Arnold]Milos and Nasser were the ones that really started doing the big things with insulin in the early 90s.With Nasser's personality I honestly can't see him listening to any one but him self.So I doubt this lady worked with him.Why don't you email to check her out.If you need diet help why don't hook up with Skip.I am working with the guy And when the time comes you will see he knows his stuff.Later steak

hmm well i dont know if he has a maintained diet but about 2 weeks ago I ate breakfast next to him, he had a lot of panacakes, suasage, and fruit like melon and cantalope...

WElll, she said she dated NASSER from Late 1994 to early 1995 and wrote up his diet.

If anyone sees him ask him if he remembers a vicki knowles??? I want to call her on this BS...or maybe it is true??

That's pretty accurate. Far as I know he still live here in SD, but he hasn't trained at Golds (now World) for many yrs. Apparently he got into a fight (which wasn't the first time) and was "asked" to leave. He WAS training at Frogs in Solana Beach until recently (about 6 months ago), until he got into a fight and was "asked" to leave.

The wife of my wife's co-worker work's in clinic that Nasser used for his shoulder surgery/treatment's.

I talk to Nassers training partner Jim almost daily and Nasser pops into my gym from time to time to switch things up. Thats a crock of crap that she did Nassers diet. Nassers diet now is awful no doubt about it (2 maybe 3 meals a day and alot of junk) but he trains alot of guys bodybuilding wise down here and he definitely doesnt put them on his diet. Not the most liked person in the sport but he does know his shit.

I did guestpose with him in 98 " week after he won the Arnold had party up my house with him. I liked the guy thought he was pretty down earth and cool guy. He is very clued up as well. If I able to find some pics will put up. don't know about the lady though

well, to be kicked out of numerous gyms is a good sign that he is an ass. i buddy of mine owned a golds that asked nasser to leave.. he was always very disrespectful to the employees.. he bitched if the music was not right, if someone had a piece of equipment that he wanted, ect.. that being said, i have meant nasser and he was very nice to me.. but, i hear more bad than good..
